The Art of Tantra | Inner Alchemy and Manifestation

Tantra is the path of relaxation. It's the path of the open heart.

The more you relax, the more you can open up and expand. Pure love is only experienced in a state of full relaxation. The more you relax, the less rigid and tense you become so that what’s real within you can start emerging and flourishing. 

Tantra is the path towards recognising and dissolving all that is false, borrowed or copied and reconnecting to everything that is real, natural and authentic within you.

Tantra is an internal revolution that seeks to transcend limiting and restrictive beliefs, morals and conditioning of the mind, to embrace your inner contradictions and emotions, to free your body of contractions and tensions so you can open yourself up to allow the natural abundance within you to flow across your body and manifest its expression outwardly.

This experiential event will be a sacred energetic prayer to nourish ourselves and nourish the energy of the collective. We will be opening up a ritualized portal of abundance, self-worth and manifestation. In a loving, respectful and warm environment, we will reconnect with our inner creative energy force which lies in potential within us.

Through a series of meditation journeys, movement, bodywork, breathwork and music, we will allow ourselves to feel, breath and embody our creative and primal sexual energy to awaken the flow of abundance and light that circulate within us and to manifest out of that the personal magic that is unique to each one of us. Transmuting out of respect and love those wounds and conditioning that disconnect us from our authentic, creative and manifesting being.

In an atmosphere of playfulness, relaxation and trust we will start vibrating to the frequency of the personal reality we want to manifest, shifting the old code “work is sacrifice” and remembering instead that we came here to create our own unique reality from the frequency of pleasure.

Nicholas has been working in Sales in the tech industry for the past 8 years and currently works in Sales for a global software company (SAP) where he also acts as a Mindfulness Ambassador, delivering weekly meditation sessions and various conferences and talks.

Inner growth and human development have always been his strongest passion. In his work, he combines different healing arts mainly Tantra, Tao, Primal dance, Biodance and transpersonal psychology.

He facilitates at different retreats and festivals in South America (Colombia, Mexico and Brazil), and organizes and leads his own events in Barcelona, London and New York as well as runs 1.1 coaching sessions for individuals and corporates. He also partners with different organizations, such as the Spanish non-profit Mindalia.com and Mindalia TV or the members' club Soho House, delivering conferences and workshops for them.

He has recently launched his own brand “Do Less, BE more” and soon to be launched an online school for Inner Education “The Human Transformation School”.
